Scott Altschwager
Scott has spent his lifetime in rural Australia, born and raised on a farm located in the South East, of South Australia where his family own and operate a sheep and cattle grazing enterprise.
Scott’s passion for agriculture and in particular livestock initiated a career of 29 years with Australia’s largest agribusiness provider Elders. In his career Scott established a national network of trusted livestock relationships with agents and breeders of livestock, whilst also developing valuable experience, skills and autonomy within the industry.
In his role as General Manager of Integrity Australia, Scott is accountable for delivering the highest quality and value experience for clients and customers. The key focus areas for Scott include international livestock sales and service, providing access to high quality Australian livestock for customers, on farm selection of livestock and most importantly ensuring that our team exceeds customer expectation in all aspects of contract fulfillment.
Dominique Carter
Dom grew up on a rural property near Scone, NSW where her family run beef cattle and a stock horse enterprise. She has always had a passion for the livestock industry and completed a Bachelor of Rural Science at the University of New England in 2012. Following this, Dom worked at Anthony Lagoon Station in the Northern Territory and then spent 3 years in the operations team at Elders International. It is through her time with Elders International that Dom gained the knowledge and vast experience in managing all aspects of the export process. In her role as Export Operations Manager with Integrity Australia, Dom is responsible for ensuring all protocol and contractual requirements are executed under the highest standards.
Dom enjoys the on-farm aspects of the job where she can interact with clients and select the best quality livestock to suit Integrity Australia’s customer needs.
